We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Steve Perry as our new Head of Cricket! Steve joined the club 20 years ago and after a forced hiatus, rejoined the playing roster last year after returning via the formation of the Furness Old Goats (Old Boys). As we look to the future, Steve is committed to building on the incredible successes of our club and continuing the legacy established by those who came before.
With a strong focus on promoting youth development, ensuring player sustainability and maximising the opportunities ahead, Steve is ready to guide our talented cricketers to new heights. Along with the senior captains and junior section leaders, he will foster an environment where every player can thrive and contribute to the club’s ongoing success.
Steve would like to take this opportunity to thank the club for this incredible opportunity and extend heartfelt gratitude to Martin Lewis for laying the groundwork for the role.
